The aim of the information event is to raise awareness of the issue of intimate partner violence, share experiences and discuss prevention and protection measures.
Target group: People who are in contact with people affected by intimate partner violence in their everyday and/or professional lives.

Program:

• Panel discussion I: Partner violence! What do I do now? (Correct) Acting in an emergency situation
• Panel discussion II: We against partner violence! Prevention, awareness-raising and communication strategies in civil society

Discussion with:

Representatives of the following institutions/associations: Vienna Women’s Service, Vienna Intervention Center against Violence in the Family, Department of Child and Youth Services (MA 11), Peregrina – Education, Counseling and Therapy Center for Immigrant Women,
StoP – Neighborhoods without Partner Violence, Men’s Counseling Vienna, Diakonie Women’s Counseling Vienna, Black Women’s Community, Counseling Center for Migrants and activists from civil society
