After arriving in Austria, women are confronted with numerous challenges. They face various hurdles, particularly with regard to integration into the labor market. A lack of German language skills, a lack of professional experience and the responsibility for family work and the associated care options make their entry into working life considerably more difficult.

During this information event, the existing challenges and hurdles will be discussed and analyzed in detail. Ideas and solutions will be developed and discussed together.
