Migration is feminine. Hardly any population group faces more problems than women with a migration background. This is particularly the case with family problems and violence in the family. Strict provisions in residence law, a lack of educational and employment opportunities and economic inequality are major obstacles for women with a migrant background. This makes it difficult for them to free themselves from violent relationships. This presentation will discuss and analyze the areas of residence, the labor market and work-life balance. This knowledge should show ways to free oneself from dependencies and stop violence. Because: Migrant women must not be allowed to slip into isolation.
